About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role offers an opportunity to support key administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and can work independently, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling documentation.
* Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist with data entry and reporting to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
* Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Manage office supplies and resources, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
* Undertake other administrative duties as required to support the team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
