Whatever your priorities – work / life balance, career progression, sustainability, volunteering – you’ll find like-minded people driving change at Howden.The RoleTo assist in the creation and delivery of software training programmes for Howden staff by training them on Insurance Applications, Microsoft Office and any other bespoke system(s) to the required levelsKey ResponsibilitiesPlanning, creation and delivery of IT systems and other projects as required both via classroom and virtualAbility to storyboard and deliver eLearning materials using a variety of applications (e.g. Adobe Captivate and Digital Adoption Solutions (DAS) like WalkMe/WhatFix)Maintain accurate training records/MIMaintenance of first line user support help functionsLiaising with internal stakeholders and other organisations to search out areas for Business training supportDelivery of Insurance software applications, MS Office (incl. Teams/O365) to advanced level and other bespoke internal IT applications as required andAbility to assess individual and Group needsResearch (where required), plan and prepare/update new/existing materialsMake use of new technology such as DAS and Teams for deliveryConduct post training assessments to identify areas of improvement and transfer of knowledgeSkills & Attributes:Ability to prioritise work load and manage multiple projects/deliveriesExperience delivering training of Acturis. Operates in an honest, professional and ethical mannerStrictly adheres to Group Employee Code of Conduct which strong aligns to the FCS’s code of conductCompletes all relevant and required regulatory trainingActively undertakes personal development to ensure an up to date knowledge of latest training methodsKeeps up to date with latest regulatory and legal developments relevant to the Operating Entity/Group and roleEssential - Prior training delivery experience (classroom and virtually)Insurance knowledge (preferably incl. LM knowledge)Essential – Microsoft Office (Incl.
