Senior Fire Engineer

The Senior Fire Engineer Role As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will work directly alongside the Head of Fire Engineering, managing a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, high-rise, and residential. You will be responsible for self-managing projects, mentoring graduates and junior Fire Engineers, and ensuring compliance with fire regulations and requirements. Your role will also involve staying abreast of future regulatory changes and maintaining key client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Self-manage projects of various sizes and sectors Mentor and manage a team of Graduates and Fire Engineers Lead client-facing meetings and business development efforts Ensure compliance with current and future fire regulations and requirements Develop fire safety strategies and manage their implementationRequirements: Minimum of 4+ years' experience working as a Fire Engineer Chartered engineer in fire engineering or working towards chartership Degree in Fire Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline At least 2+ years' experience in managing teams Experience with FREAW's (PAS 9980) Proven experience in the residential and commercial sectors Strong business development skillsWhat's on Offer: Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £85,000 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Option to purchase an additional 5 days of leave annually Flexible remote/hybrid working policy Full funding for professional development towards chartership Coverage of relevant professional memberships Private healthcare scheme Car allowance Cycle scheme or electric car scheme Company pension plan Gym membershipIf you are a Senior Fire Engineer considering your career opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
