Leading PropTech company in Central London are seeking a Business Analyst with experience of either PropTech or Property Management systems. The company is mid-sized, tripled in size since 2014 and works in new beautiful modern offices.
This company is becoming very well known and has received extremely positive media coverage over the past few years, they have a presence across the UK, Europe, South America and has recently relocated to new purpose built offices, where they spend 1-2 days a week on-site. They love to progress their people through the company and will give you a dedicated training fund for any course, certifications, conference, book, meet-up etc..
Ideally you’ll come from a background of either working within PropTech or using a Property Management system. Working closely with other analysts, software developers and colleagues throughout the business. You’ll be involved in all stages of software development, from research, analysis, design and testing to fault finding.
Responsibilities:
- Contribution to Product Roadmap planning and achievement.
- An understanding of Agile Principles.
- Work collaboratively with the development team, other colleagues, and clients to define requirements and shape solutions.
- Production of high-quality proposals and architectures that take account of existing software and business functions.
- Provide guidance and clarity to developers and other colleagues on business functions, current and intended product use, and solution design.
- Involvement with all stages of software development.
- Innovate new ideas and approaches to solving problems and exposing the power of the application and data.
The successful Business Analyst will earn up to £60,000 and in addition there are exceptional benefits which come as part of the overall package including: bonus, pension, training budget, weekly team lunches, travel loans and numerous soft leisurely benefits.
