Production Operative

Manufacturing and production work can be highly rewarding and fulfilling career, we are working with a small niche company in Great Dunmow which are associated with some global brands so are growing and looking to expand the team. This is an on going temporary role with the opportunity for a permanent position. Your day-to-day duties will include: - Assisting in running of machinery - Assisting in machine change over - Packing of finished items with high accuracy - Quality checking - Some small assembly The ideal Production Operative candidate: - Good eye for detail - Able to be on your feet for the day - Happy to learn some new skills Benefits: - Permanent contact once past the initial temp probation - Growth and promotional opportunities - Various company benefits once a permanent member of staff including fully paid staff events and trips.
