Meraki Talent is supporting a reputable and well-known business to appoint a diligent and proactive Customer Operations Associate to their dynamic team based in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering an excellent salary and benefits package.
As a Customer Operations Associate, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional service and clients over the phone daily and responsible for managing and executing the collection of outstanding balances from customers. This role involves communicating with customers to secure payment, resolving any discrepancies or issues, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.

- Objection Handling
- Relationship Building
- High-Volume Customer Communication
- Sales
- Call Center/Contact Center
