Title: Air Tightness Consultant Location: Newcastle Salary: £28-32k We are currently seeking an Air Tightness Consultant to join a leading UK consultancy. This consultancy specialises in helping clients comply with UK building regulations by providing expert guidance from a team of specialist consultants. They offer a wide range of inspection services throughout the building process to ensure compliance with British standards for both residential and commercial properties. The main responsibilities of the Air Tightness Consultant role include conducting pre-test inspections, estimating costs, ensuring all necessary equipment is on-site, liaising with key stakeholders, producing technical reports, addressing building issues to ensure compliance, and offering actionable remedial advice.
