Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager - Property Development Finance This is a growing and entrepreneurial UK challenger bank, this role will specifically sit within the development real estate finance team which has been an extremely successful vertical for the bank. As the Senior Portfolio Manager - Property Development Finance your responsibilities and duties will include: Preparing Credit papers for extensions and straightforward facility variations for new customers and well as tranche drawdowns against MS certificates. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Director, Property Development on new cases to ensure they proceed through due diligence as quickly and smoothly as possible. This is a hybrid working position, 3 days per week in the central London located office.
