Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant  Location: Redditch Salary: £80 - £90 per day  Start Date: September 2024 Question 1: Do you have strong class management? Question 2: Are you qualified Level 3 and/or a minimum of 6 months’ UK experience in an educational establishment? Question 3: Do you have experience working in SEMH schools?  The schools we partner with are dedicated to providing a wide range of support for their students. They create customized plans aimed at nurturing desirable behaviours and skills in each student. Furthermore, these plans help students develop healthy relationships and qualities that are appreciated in society. As a SEND Teacher, you will work with students through various teaching methods and support, including outdoor activities. Our teachers not only play a crucial role in the students’ lives but also constantly seek fun and unique ways to make classroom learning engaging! Schools are in search of a committed and enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles.
