Quality Manager

Quality Manager / Localisation / Translation / Contract / 4-6 week period / Inside IR35

Vivo Talent are working with a Design Services organisation looking for a Quality Manager to join them on a short-term contract.

You will be kickstarting the implementation and improvement of their controls and systems to ensure a high standard within their processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Leadership: Develop and enforce quality standards, conduct audits, and maintain quality control systems to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance in localisation projects.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to drive creative solutions and exceed quality expectations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes, integrating industry best practices and new technologies.
• Compliance: Ensure all localisation efforts meet legal, cultural, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated in Quality Management within Localisation
• Experience of localisation vendor management experience
• Process driven and a strong communicator
