Customer Loyalty Specialist – Move Team and Feedback Management Team Newcastle Upon Tyne Full-time Salary: £22,500 - £24,500 basic per annum + up to £4,800 (OTE £27,300) Working Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Holidays: 21 days holidays (increasing to 23 days after 1 years’ service) plus bank holidays Verisure is the leading European provider of professionally monitored security systems with 24/7 response services. We are looking for a Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our new move team here in Newcastle. You will be working as part of a big diverse team. Main Duties: Ensure a superior customer experience in all interactions. Manage move requests and coordinate the necessary services. Conduct outbound calls to address any pending move requests. Follow up with customers through outbound calls to ensure satisfaction. Cultivate new leads from customers vacating their properties. Promote engagement with potential customers by showcasing our products and services. Call customers who had an interaction with any of the other areas of business and filled out a service feedback survey When customers had a negative experience take ownership to find a successful resolution for the customer and convert them into promoters of our services. What we are looking for: 6-12 months’ experience in customer service / call centre environment. Customer oriented, genuine passionate about customers' security and safety. Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality. Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude. Outgoing and dynamic personality to engage with customers to provide us new leads. Strong computer and MS office skills Hard working and willing to embrace new opportunities in the short and long term.
