Prepare monthly group management accounts and yearly financial statements. Oversee financial reporting, including profitability, revenue, statutory, tax, and regulatory filings. Lead a transactional team and manage the firm's billing process. Manage financial and operational projects. Support the development and execution of the Finance Strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall strategic objectives. Qualified accountant with a ACA, ACMA, CIMA, or ACCA Previous experience working within a Financial Controller role Strong finance and operations background, with expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards, global transfer pricing regulations, and local taxation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilities are essential
