CAD Designer

CAD Designer £40,000 - £50,000 P/A depending on experience  Hungerford  Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday Do you have experience working with 2D & 3D AutoCAD? Have you worked with Autodesk Inventor Designer before?  Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a CAD Designer to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to work on job specific projects from the initial concept through to final fabrication/construction.  In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £50,000 P/A, depending on experience and benefits will include 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, health cash plan, pension contributions and more!  This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Your responsibilities will include: Creating and refining 2D and 3D modelling to meet project specifications, industry standards and relevant guidelines,  Producing fabrication drawings ensuring accuracy and working to project requirements,  Project management, Ensuring all project documentation is organised and managed,  Conducting site surveys and liaising with clients to ensure all data is collated for design and project execution. The ideal candidate: Must have experience working with AutoCAD in 2D & 3D Will ideally have experience working with Autodesk Inventor, however this is not essential and Autodesk Navisworks would also be desirable  Must also have a background in architectural metalwork, steelwork, staircase design/construction, steel fabrications or metalwork engineering Will need to have basic understanding of building regulations and associated health and safety.
