Working closely with the CEO, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company s ambitious growth objectives. This role will focus on recruitment, events management, training, and technology.

As Head of Direct Sales you will:
- Lead and develop the direct sales channel, establishing KPIs and tracking customer acquisition costs.
- Manage events, brand ambassadors, and recruitment to build a robust sales team.
- Oversee daily team management and training to drive high performance.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensure seamless execution of direct sales activities in collaboration with operations and marketing teams.
- Provide detailed sales reports and insights to the Head of Finance and wider team.
- 4+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably within the FMCG or industry.
- Strong connections and experience with team building and event networks.
- Proven track record as a new business developer and team leader.
- Analytical skills with experience in forecasting and KPI management.
- Experience managing a direct sales events calendar and budget.
- Passion for the pets and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Based in London, UK, with a full driving licence and the ability to travel extensively across the UK.
