Network Administrator - £40K
Our client is a global software company - Building cutting edge solutions for ecommerce, gaming, betting and trading around the world.
In their London office, with hybrid working flexibility, they’re hiring a Network Engineer / Administrator.
Working in their central Infrastructure team, you’ll be supporting on-prem and Cloud (AWS) systems, networking, virtualisation and bespoke applications.
You’ll work in an agile, dynamic team supporting a global network infrastructure across Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper, WiFi and VPN, routing and switching etc - A varied role!
You’ll also be key in project work, driving forwards automation (using Ansible, Python etc), Cloud with AWS and a DevOps mentality.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with ~3 – 5 years’ experience to join a growing, cutting edge, tech company and take the next step in their career.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years’ experience of network support, and engineering
- Great networking experience across Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper technologies
- Good knowledge across WiFi, VPN, Firewalls, Routing and Switching
- Knowledge of best practice network management practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- AWS and Cloud experience would be ideal
- Any experience of automation and tools such as Ansible, Puppet and Python is highly advantageous
