UHY is now looking for a PA to assist the CEO to join their dedicated team in the network’s administrative headquarters (the Executive Office) located near St Katherine’s Dock, central London.The Benefits20 days holiday rising with length of service and/or promotionAdditional 3 days holiday given to be taken over the Christmas periodSeason ticket loanLife assuranceEnhanced Maternity and PaternityPrivate health care cover at discounted ratesEmployer contributions to pension after one yearSubsidised corporate gym membershipStore discountsWe currently operate a hybrid working pattern, working remotely up to two days and coming into the office three days per week.The RoleAs a Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO, you will provide a high level of administration support to the chief executive and other colleagues in the executive office, as required.Your PA responsibilities will include:Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines and diary management.Typing, compiling and preparing minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence.Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.Collating and filing expenses.Conducting research on behalf of the CEO.Organising the CEO’s personal commitments including external committees, meeting preparation, booking lunches/ dinners and travel.Assisting in the management of the intranet and website, Working Groups and Special Interest Groups (SIGs), as required.Duties will include, but not be limited to:- Providing administrative support for the CEO and Executive Office- Sending out invoices and following up with overdue balances- Supporting our client’s communications and marketing efforts- Publication distribution- Ordering gifts, stationery supplies and other equipment- Assisting in the administration of membership activities- Supporting the effective management of information and data about member firms on executive office IT systems- Participating and taking minutes in staff meetings- Processing supplier invoices for the Executive Office- Other support duties as requiredAbout YouTo be considered as a PA, you will need:- Previous PA/ administrator support experience (essential)Experience working in a professional services environment in an administrative role (desirable)Other essential skills/ qualities:- The ability to relate to a geographically dispersed, multicultural membership with limited face-to-face contact- The ability to convey a professional image through writing- A professional, service-oriented attitude- Highly proactive- A high level of IT literacy, including Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Good knowledge of English grammar and excellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking hours: 9:30 – 17:30 (some flexibility will be required from time to time)For more information please apply today, or drop me a line - [email protected]
