Job Title: Industry Solution Group - Insurance Location: London, UK Experience: 15+ years Who are we looking for? A seasoned Solutions Professional with exceptional track record in Insurance Technology Solutioning. With the intent to Design and deliver innovative new Solutions in the Insurance LOB. A successful incumbent should have had a high degree of success having designed and delivered solutions and large transformation initiatives, impact key business metrics at leading Insurance Organisation in mature markets. She/he would work with our Relationship & Sales Teams and Technology Tribes to bring the best of Mphasis to clients, by helping define the Go-To-Market strategy, identifying opportunities in the market, designing and creating solutions and collateral shaping the most suitable proposition and help build a qualified sales pipeline. What you’ll be doing Analyse the market to identify opportunities. Create Proactive propositions and collateral to take to clients. Work with the GTM teams to design detailed Account plans. Help in defining the GTM strategy. Design and build PoCs around Insurance domain in any of the following areas: Present capabilities and credentials to Analyst and Advisors You will be responsible to support direct Revenue growth in Insurance LoB Who we’re looking for At least 18+ years of experience in Insurance domain . Must have worked in Insurance domain department at a Insurance organization, delivering a Business function withing the following At least 7 years designing and delivering Technology Solutions.
