Fast growing catering company is recruiting a Sous Chef to assist the Chef owner and his Head Chef
Preparing meals for hotels, clubs, special events and individuals
Fresh ingredients sourced locally
Friendly small team, good atmosphere
Previous background in events and high volume is required to understand the operation
Very good salary offered to work either from 7am to 4pm 5 days a week, or from 3pm to midnight Monday to Friday
