Private equity-backed, the business operates in a rapidly evolving niche and is well positioned in the market. The ideal candidate will: Bring a successful track record as a CFO, Finance Director or Group FC within multisite, private equity-backed businesses. Demonstrate expertise in leading internal budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Be a hands-on, growth-oriented leader capable of managing day-to-day financial operations whilst driving strategic initiatives. Possess significant experience leading M&A processes, from due diligence to integration, with a focus on preparing businesses for exits or transactions. Bring relevant leadership experience within multisite health or adjacent sectors.
