Over the past four years, the business has grown substantially and are now looking to add multiple Engineering Managers to the team to help support and guide a growing team of 50 permanent software engineers.They're ideally looking for early-stage Engineering Managers or Team Leads who are transitioning into leadership roles. ? Key Responsibilities:Line Management: You will manage a large team or multiple smaller teams of Software Engineers. This includes supporting their career progression and handling the tougher aspects of people management.Project Delivery: You will be accountable for the team’s deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and that projects are aligned with the company’s consultancy mindset.Leadership: You’ll play a vital role in coaching and mentoring engineers, setting a high standard for performance, and driving the team towards excellence.
