Nigel James Associates have partnered with an innovative financial planning company who are at the forefront of providing advice utilising technology. They are seeking a new Head of Mortgages to provide advice alongside leading the mortgage division, which includes other Mortgage Advisers and Administrators.
Requirements
You must be an experienced Mortgage Adviser that has either led/managed a team of Mortgage Advisers. Alternatively you will have monitored/trained other Advisers as part of your role and be looking for the next step up in your career. You must be CeMAP qualified but if you were Level 4 Diploma qualified that would advantageous. You will be a driven individual and like working as part of a highly dynamic business as the mortgage division is a high performing team. Our client is looking for somebody that has an appetite to continue building the team which would eventually lead to a pure management role.
