This full-time position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in providing personalized support and fostering a positive learning experience for our students.Role and Responsibilities:- Support Individual Learning: Work closely with students to implement tailored educational plans, helping them achieve their learning goals and develop essential skills.- Promote Emotional Well-being: Provide emotional and behavioral support, creating a safe and encouraging environment for children to express themselves and overcome challenges.- Collaborate with Educators: Partner with teachers and other professionals to develop and deliver effective strategies for managing classroom behavior and promoting engagement.- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and report on students' progress, adapting support strategies as needed to ensure each child's needs are met.- Engage with Families: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, offering updates on their child's progress and collaborating on strategies for continued development.Essential Requirements:- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service(or willingness to apply for one)- Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs is highly desirable- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needsIf you are committed to making a positive impact and working in a rewarding environment, we would love to hear from you.
