What You'll Do: Inspire Future Chefs : Share your culinary expertise to train apprentices, both in person and online, helping them master key kitchen skills. Hands-On Training : Work with apprentices at our renowned Chef Academy, guiding them through a variety of culinary techniques. Mentor and Develop Talent : Understand the goals of new apprentices, support their growth, and provide personalized guidance. Teach Practical Skills : Help apprentices understand the importance of English and math in kitchen operations. Collaborate with Employers : Build strong relationships with employers, offering feedback on apprentice progress and ensuring their development aligns with industry needs. Organize Your Work : Manage your schedule remotely, using Google Suite and other tools to ensure smooth training and admin tasks. About You: We're looking for experienced chefs who are ready to take the next step in their careers by mentoring and developing the talent of tomorrow. You should have: Experience as a Head Chef , Sous Chef , Chef de Partie , or Kitchen Manager . A passion for teaching and sharing your knowledge with others. Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology for virtual training. A desire to help apprentices understand essential English and math skills (with support provided to achieve Level 2 qualifications if needed). Why Join Us?
