Production Operative

MDH Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operators for our client based in Larkhall, South Lanarkshire. If you come from a production or manufacturing background, that would be a big plus, however, we are keen to speak to you regardless of background or work history. Full and ongoing training will be provided throughout your career within the business. You will need to be able to work ALL of the following shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis: * Dayshift - 6am to 2pm * Backshift - 2pm to 10pm * Nightshift - 10pm to 6am Tasks and Responsibilities: * Overseeing the production process * Ensuring parts are within the company's standards * Packaging parts correctly * Keeping track of part quantities and wastage * Ensuring work station is clean and tidy What we Offer: * Uniform is provided * Modern working environment where training and development is provided * Opportunity for a permanent position once probation period is completed * Referral scheme This is a fantastic opportunity to join a worldwide leading plastic manufacturing business.
