You will provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with Autism and complex healthcare needs. Your role includes: * Delivering high-quality care in both community and Supported Living settings. * Skilfully managing challenging behaviours. * Maintaining precise records and crafting incident reports. * Offering compassionate personal care when needed. * Respecting dignity, privacy, and rights to the highest degree. * Collaborating seamlessly with the families and professionals of service users.
