Experience working internationally is desirable but not essential, but the ambition for global plans would supplement. Strong organizational and leadership abilities Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with project management tools and software Knowledge of industry best practices and trends Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is desirable.
