* Provide domain expertise and thought leadership to guide project direction and decision-making.
* Collaborate with blended teams of client, partner, and internal resources, fostering an integrated delivery approach.

* Identify and manage risks, and ensure that projects meet all commercial and contractual terms.
* Support business development opportunities by engaging with senior client stakeholders and securing follow-on work.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience managing successful software implementations, particularly within IT services or consulting environments.
* Extensive full-lifecycle project management experience, from initial scoping to go-live and handover.
* Strong client-facing skills, including experience managing expectations and building lasting relationships.
* Commercial acumen, with the ability to manage project budgets, contracts, and negotiations.
* Experience producing project documentation, such as business cases, contracts, and change requests.
* Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Workday or other SaaS solutions.
* Expertise in HR, Finance, or Payroll systems.
* Familiarity with RPA/Intelligent Automation technologies.
* Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 or equivalent.
* Experience managing and mentoring teams, and securing follow-on business with existing clients.
