The Job
As a De-Boxing Operative, you will operate and monitor production equipment as per our client s standard procedures. If you re keen to show off your tireless work ethic and approach tasks positively and safely, you ll be warmly welcomed into our client s friendly company on a temporary to permanent basis.
- Carry out routine manual handling tasks such as stacking boxes onto pallets.
- Bagging and sealing cheese making sure to check for foreign body contaminants.
- Taking and analysing product samples.
- Operating and monitoring production equipment safely.
- Record operational data into the company s systems, such as QIS and NAV.
About you
This role would suit someone who enjoys a healthy blend of manual and computer work as both are important. If you have solid numeracy and literacy skills and approach tasks with a willingness to learn, then you re a perfect fit for this position.
Key Requirements:
- This is a physically demanding job that involves fairly heavy lifting; therefore, you must be fit and healthy without any previous injuries.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
- Food Hygiene, Level 2 (desired).
- Forklift license (desired).
Salary
£12.05 per hour. £18.08 per hour (overtime).

Rotating shift patterns.
