You will be responsible for the strategic development of the brands portfolio and to derive packaging designs while you collaborate closely with suppliers, the packaging management team, buyers and external agencies. With your high standards, exceptional organisational skills, and impeccable attention to detail you will play a key role in supporting the performance of your department. We’re proud to be a diverse, secure and fast-growing business, so we’ll make sure you have access to the right training and real opportunities to build your career as well. br What youll do br End to end management of the packaging design lifecycle br Compile, evaluate and present market insights for brand and individual product designs. br Prepare briefs and manage design developments in collaboration with key stakeholders, for national and international packaging projects. br Act as a brand guardian, instigate and maintain brand design guidelines br Instigate the creation and updating of internal guidelines in your area of responsibility (e.g. process guidelines, CSR topics, etc.) br What youll need br Proven design management experience on a multi-national environment preferably in the FMCG sector br Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach br Ability to work both in a team and independently. br Highly organised and skilled at managing their own time and workload br Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks br Ability to take initiative and be proactive br Confident with a firm yet professional manner br Solutions driven br PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint br Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite br German language would be advantageous but not essential br What youll receive br 35 days holiday (pro rata) br 10% in-store discount br Sabbatical br Enhanced family leave br Pension scheme br Plus, more of the perks you deserve br Disclaimer: due to the high volume of applications we receive, we reserve the right to close a vacancy earlier than the advertised date.
