QA Operative

Our client is a leading farming and fresh produce business, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a QA Operative for their Brandon site to start asap. This is an ongoing role potentially leading to permanent for the right candidate. Hourly rate will be £12.03 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours will be £15.04 per hour. Working hours will be: Monday to Friday - 7am till finish (usually around 5pm/6pm) Some weekends may be required. The candidate will need to be flexible and able to work extra hours during peak times. Duties will include checking and inspecting quality of produce, reporting and documenting any issues or findings. No experience required as full training will be provided. Requirements for the role Good communication skills both verbal and written. Basic IT/computer skills Team player, motivated and organized. Able to work under pressure. Positive and calm attitude. Good problem-solving skills. Happy to progress, develop personally and team members
