Paint Technician | Dagenham | £40,600 + 15% Shift Uplift I’m working with a well-established client in the OE Operations & Logistics sector, looking for an experienced Paint Technician to join their team. This role involves painting and refinishing commercial parts using HVLP equipment, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are met. Confidently applying “wet on wet” techniques to produce parts that meet all quality and conformity standards. Taking ownership of product quality within your area, adhering to quality systems, and ensuring continuous improvement. Identifying and correcting any defects, and working with anti-static equipment to minimise inclusions on substrates. City & Guilds Level 3 or IMI qualification in automotive refinishing, or significant relevant experience in a similar environment. A solid understanding of health and safety processes, quality conformance, and continuous improvement. Salary starts at £40,600 with a 15% uplift for shifts of 6-2 and 2-10 .
