Labourer needed in Walthamstow, London * Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Project * Start Date: 14th October 2024 * Rate: £14.82 per hour (Umbrella) Job Description: We are seeking motivated and reliable Labourers for a brand new residential project in Walthamstow. This long-term project is managed by a well-established main contractor. We are ideally looking for candidates who reside in the borough of Waltham Forest to meet Section 106 requirements set by the council. Key Responsibilities: * Perform general labouring duties on-site * Assist with the movement of materials and equipment * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Follow all health and safety regulations Requirements: * Must have a valid CSCS Card * Reside in the borough of Waltham Forest (preferred to meet Section 106 requirements) * Motivated and eager to learn, with opportunities for advancement due to the early stages of the project * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Punctuality and reliability Benefits: * Competitive hourly rate of £14.82 (Umbrella) * Opportunity to work on a significant, long-term project * Potential for career advancement within the project Explanation of PAYE Umbrella: A PAYE (Pay As You Earn) umbrella company acts as an employer to contractors working on temporary assignments, usually through a recruitment agency.
