Semi Skilled Operative

Morson is delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading defence organisation to recruit a Semi Skilled Operative for an initial 12 Month duration in Filton. There is a rate of £20.76 PAYE Per Hour on offer for standard hours and all overtime will be paid at £24.92 PAYE Per Hour. It would involve working the following fortnight shift pattern: Week One Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00am -6:45pm AND Saturday and Sunday 7:00am – 6.15pm   Week Two Thursday & Friday 7:00am – 6.45pm  You would rotate betwen these 2 weekly shifts. It averages out at 41 hours per week. Please find the role description below: To operate as a multi-skilled, flexible worker to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
