Quantity Surveyor
We have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well established House Builder in Southampton. They have built a diverse portfolio of bespoke, high quality homes - from traditional properties in rural settings to contemporary town centre schemes.
Role Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved from pre-construction through to final account. Key duties include procuring and managing sub-contract packages and contributing to monthly CVRs, reporting to the Commercial Manger
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-construction activities
- Procure sub-contract packages
- Produce monthly CVRs
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing sub-contracts
- Experience working with a House Builder
