Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Blackburn
Pay Bracket: £28,000 - £31,000
We are working well-established company specialising in the manufacturing of product for clients throughout the UK.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business with excellent working culture and exposure opportunities. This role will report to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for supporting their accounts department on a day-to-day basis.
Your main roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales and purchase process for the business Responsible for both supplier customer and supplier statement reconciliation Dealing with supplier queries Processing purchase orders Support with the business's credit control process Managing the fixed asset register Helping with the Finance Director with the Month End Duties Supporting financial support and ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
AAT Qualified or relevant experience needed Experience in high volume industry Knowledge of Sage/Xero/Similar Accounts Package Strong IT skills, particularly Excel Knowledge of MRP systems Experienced in Payroll & VAT
