Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and coordinate your team and specialist sub-contractors to ensure the project adheres to timelines and quality standards.

* Manage daily operations to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

* Attend and lead progress meetings, providing updates and reports to Senior Management.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

* Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project.

* Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

* Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

* Abilities: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
