Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Near Saffron Walden Salary: Circa £26,000 Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Sector: Customer Service Our client based in the Saffron Walden area is looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. As Customer Service Advisor your duties will include: * Reception duties - meeting & greeting customers * Dealing with any customer enquiries, making bookings * Order processing, raising invoices * Taking payments * Any other administration duties required. An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have: * Excellent Customer Service skills * Computer literacy * Smart appearence * Marketing & Automotive experienece (advantageous).
