Financial Services Firm is hiring for a Lead Business Analyst for their Finance Team. The team plays a key role in ensuring compliance with major regulatory requirements including Basel 3.1 and PRA110, whilst ensuring their IT systems meet the need of Finance and Treasury. Business Analysis or Solution Design expertise. This is a 12-month FTC. The role requires travel to Swindon and London and there is flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver impactful business solutions that drive success and help us meet
statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Lead the analysis for one of our prioritized initiatives, working closely with Product
Owners to define scope and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure the full scope of change is understood, the design meets requirements, dependencies
are identified, and necessary insights and metrics are incorporated.
- Identify solutions that drive optimal business outcomes.
- Leading a team of Business Analysts
Skills and Experience include:
- Extensive experience in a business analysis or solution design role, particularly on
complex, cross-functional projects, with the ability to lead a team-preferably within the
financial services sector.
- Strong conceptual and lateral thinking skills, with a deep understanding of defining
business outcomes and requirements in a Finance environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, along with a solid
understanding of their application and relevance in driving developments.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with proven experience managing and leading teams.
- A solid understanding of Finance functions, processes, and technologies.
