RemunerationUp to £70,000The CompanyFast growing autonomous business within a leading privately owned groupOperating in the fast growing renewable energy sectorCurrent Turnover c£6m, growing rapidlyThe RoleInitially you will be a one person finance function and will develop the function as the business grows. The parent group has a substantial finance function which can provide support if / when required.ResponsibilitiesHands on accounting including transaction recording, preparation of timely, accurate monthly management accounts and insightful weekly and monthly KPIsCashflow managementPreparation of business plans, budgets and forecastsPreparation of payroll (monthly).Support the sales team relevant financial information as required.Prepare annual statutory accounts for the business.Undertake ad hoc projects as required by the Managing Director.About YouA capable and diligent accountant (qualified or qualified by experience) who is happy to be hands on and keen to be a part of close knit team in a fast growing businessA confident individual with a “can do” attitude and excellent communication and relationship building skillsA person who enjoys taking responsibility and works to high personal standards of careHappy to be hands onThis will be a broad interesting role in a fast paced business that will be attractive to someone keen to develop themselves, take on responsibility and to play a key role in building a business.
