The Role Scope
This role will lead the delivery of a range of different project types, aligned to MandM’s business objectives, working with a mixed waterfall/agile framework.
?Role key responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and manage resources
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and status updates to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed
- Conduct post-project evaluations and create recommendations for future projects
- Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project outcomes
About You
?Skill/competency
- Project management certifications ideally waterfall and agile
- 5+ years of project management experience including IT and non IT focused projects
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
- Experience of working with third party suppliers and inhouse software development teams
- Digital project management experience highly desirable
