Salary - £48,474 - £51,515 per annum (pay award pending)

Contractual hour - 37 Basis - Full Time Region - East Midlands

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Services Manager to join our Housing Management Department.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Tenancy Services Manager will have direct responsibility for the delivery and development of high-quality housing tenancy services (as Landlord) including Tenancy/Estate Management, Anti-Social Behaviour and Specialist Housing Support. They will also lead on improving services to deliver the best outcomes for residents.

We are looking for someone with experience in the social housing sector with a track record of leading frontline services. You will need to know how to create positive and effective relationships with our tenants through a sound understanding of tenancy management legislation and the Regulator of Social Housing's consumer standards.

To do this you will need to be a strong communicator, both internally and externally. You will be able to provide clear direction to your team and work with other departments and agencies to ensure our tenants are able live in safe and good quality homes.
