We’re looking for a Partner Manager to join us to develop and maximise relationships with existing partners across fashion, beauty and sports brands, ensuring we can continue to provide exclusive discounts to our members for the brands they love.We do the right thing, challenge the status quo, deliver on our promises, bring out the best in each other and treat others how we wish to be treated. If this resonates with you then we encourage you to apply to join our team at Blue Light Card and contribute to our mission.What You’ll Do Account manage national retailers for designated categories e.g. fashion, beauty and sport & fitness, building relationships over the phone, video call, and in person to better understand our partners needsMaintain strong relationships with existing partners, optimising partner performance and negotiating stronger offers vs our defined competitor set Draw insights from data to guide growth, through identifying new opportunities and demonstrating the benefits of Blue Light Card, up-selling the company and brandPlan marketing activity and acquire seasonal discounts for our membersManage contract renewals and renegotiation of commercialsWork collaboratively with other departments to fulfil the account strategiesWhat You’ll Bring Previous experience as an Account Manager or transferable skills from a sales backgroundProven success in relationship building and growing accounts commercially Demonstrated success negotiating commercial contractsAbility to understand and interpret sales data and consumer insights to suggest new initiativesA growth mindset with the ability to work at pace to meet or exceed targetsA collaborative approach, actively contributing to team and cross functional efforts, valuing the power of working together to achieve shared goalsKnowledge of affiliate marketing would be advantageous Our CultureOur members, partners and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do.
