We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HLTA to join our supply team, providing support across various schools.In this role, you will: Lead classes in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-planned lessons to ensure continuity in learning.Provide targeted support for students, including small group interventions and 1:1 assistance.Assist teachers with lesson planning, marking, and classroom management.Support the development of students' academic progress, particularly in literacy and numeracy. Ideal candidates will have previous HLTA experience, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for enhancing student learning.
