Architect and/or Architectural Technologist – Brighton | £35K-£40KSustainable projects, collaborative culture, room for progression, hybrid working, use Revit. Sound like the perfect place to progress your career as an Architect or Architectural Technologist? You would be joining an award-winning practice based in the heart of Brighton. This RIBA practice is employee-owned, you’ll be part of a collective voice that contributes ideas to the running of the practice, plus a yearly tax-free bonus when the company performs! They’ve been shortlisted multiple times for awards, work on community-impacting projects, and use Revit on the majority of their schemes. You won’t become stuck or pigeonholed – the Brighton studio is small enough to remain agile and offer great all-round exposure to projects. You would be coming in to work on a large residential project that includes areas that are Grade II Listed, so an experience/interest in conservation would be useful! The Role – Architect and/or Architectural TechnologistWe have multiple positions available here, either for an Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist. You’ll need some post-Part 3 experience as an Architect, or a background delivering technical stages as an Architectural Technologist. You’ll collaborate with design teams and lead your own projects.Experience from RIBA stage 3 onwards is essential. Experience working with Revit is a bonus. Sound interesting?
