The role will be teaching within the schools Sixth form provision.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Planning and delivering engaging lessons to both KS4 and KS5Differentiating lesson content to meet a wide range of students needs and abilitiesDelivering examination content in line with the school examination boardAssessing children's work against the school's assessment frameworkLiaising with the school SENCO around the progress of children with special educational needsAttending weekly department meetings to help drive forward the school's attainment levelsCandidate Requirements:Holds qualified teacher status (NQTs Welcome)Is confident teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5 curriculumHas excellent classroom control and behaviour management strategiesIs passionate about teaching and keen to ensure that students make continued progressIs a good team player and willing to work cohesively with the departmental and pastoral teamIf you feel you would be a good fit for this role, please upload your CV via the application page, you will be contacted by Josh at LTF Recruitment to discuss the next steps if successful.
