Mortgage Administrator

This Mortgage Administrator job in Leicestershire offers the opportunity to work for a growing Financial Planning firm and support their in-house Mortgage Advisor. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be supporting their Mortgage & Protection Advisor with pre and post-sale tasks. Therefore, your duties will include: * Qualifying new mortgage and protection queries * Proactively reaching out to clients to get meetings booked in the diary * Obtaining agreements in principles with lenders * Packaging mortgage cases to lenders * Following up and chasing lenders / providers, 3rd parties and clients to proactively progress cases * General administration and accurately maintaining the CRM records * Providing data and reports to help the team The Company Our client provides independent advice to clients on all aspects of financial planning.
