Salesforce Platform Manager
This dynamic, global healthcare organisation is in the process of implementing Salesforce and they now require a strong Salesforce Platform Manager to come in and lead a team of Developers, Administrators and Analysts.
As Salesforce Platform Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. You will ensure the Salesforce platform is optimised for performance , scalability and integration with other business applications and you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders from across the business, understanding their requirements, driving innovation and driving results.
This business is implementing Health Cloud and Field Services amongst other Salesforce solutions and as well as mentoring and managing your team and overseeing development and customisation, you will run a Change Advisory Board within the business to ensure all changes and developments are aligned with business goals. Finally, you will manage the lifecycle of all related projects, lead the integration efforts into other applications and will establish and enforce governance standards for the platform.
To be considered, you will have/be:
- Extensive experience managing a Salesforce team (ideally Developers or Engineers)
- Experience with integration platforms, ideally MuleSoft
- Solid experience of managing or overseeing the implementation of Salesforce into a large business
- Hands on skills in Salesforce Development and (ideally with a certifications such as Platform Developer I)
- Good knowledge of deployment and backup tools such as Gearset and OwnBackup
- Experience with Health Cloud is highly desirable
- Exposure to developing a system in line with validation regulations (GAMP5) is also highly desirable
In addition to the above, you should have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships and understand business needs.
This is a hybrid role but you will need to be visible in the business for meetings, team catchups, etc. therefore travel to the office in Runcorn will be required and you will need to be living within a reasonable commuting distance.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of between £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience, as well as a fantastic benefits package including a generous car allowance, annual bonus and private medical.
