OVERVIEW

A very successful FinTech scale up are hiring for a Lead Data Scientist to spearhead a new Data Science team, leading some of their key Data Science/ Machine Learning projects in the customer analytics & consumer growth space and mentoring junior team members. Your responsibilities as a Lead Data Scientist will include not be limited to:

• Write production level code and deliver Machine Learning projects end to end.
• Engage and communicate with business stakeholders and senior team members on some of the core technical projects of the business.
• Leverage your experience in customer-centric Machine Learning (AB testing, experimentation, statistical modelling).

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A successful Lead Data Scientist will have the following:

• Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in Data Science/ Machine Learning
• Proficient & experienced in customer-centric ML (AB testing, experimentation, statistical modelling).
• Exposure to writing production level code and deploying your ML models.
• Experience in leading/ managing a team of Data Scientists.
