Regional Care Trainer Lincolnshire £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Monday – Friday – Full Time Hours   Our well established, award-winning client are currently seeking an experienced Care Trainer to join their team on a regional basis. Within this role, the successful candidate will be required to lead staff training across the business, supporting care homes across the UK, although the role will primarily be based from their site in Lincolnshire, national travel will be required, therefore access to your own vehicle is a requirement of this role.   Our client is keen to find an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to join their established team, with prior industry experience and a background in training as an essential requirement for this role. In return, our client can offer an opportunity to join a forward-thinking, highly motivated team within an established business offering longevity and stability.   Key Duties: Lead and deliver high-quality training sessions to staff across all our care homes in the UK, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in health and social care. Develop, adapt, and implement training programs that meet the specific needs of each care home, focusing on both mandatory training and specialized courses. Collaborate with the management team to assess training needs and develop a comprehensive training calendar. Regularly update training materials and resources to reflect the latest industry regulations, best practices, and internal policies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Provide ongoing support to staff, including one-on-one coaching and mentoring, to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering exceptional care. Work closely with new employees during their induction period, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles. Ensure all training records are accurately maintained and updated in line with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits of training compliance across all care homes, identifying any gaps and addressing them promptly.  Skills & Experience: You must hold a training/teaching qualification i.e. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS You must have experience in the field of Health and Social Care You must have experience in delivering the desired training courses  A driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential You must have a DBS check and relevant insurances in place Flexible approach to work Ability to prioritise workload Good Communication Skills Ability to interact with others at all levels Good forward planning and a methodical approach to work Ability to innovate Full UK Driving Licence  The Offering: £35-40k per annum Monday – Friday – Full Time A supportive, inclusive, friendly working environment The opportunity to progress and gain further qualifications “learn while you earn!” Full training given Paid induction and shadow shifts E - Learning incentive scheme Rewards scheme for all staff Refer a friend bonus scheme worth £100.00 Option to join the people pension if not automatically enrolled.  If you are interested in learning more and applying to this role, please contact me today!
