We are searching for a Communications Specialist to join a dynamic programme team at a leading media company on a 12 Month FTC. This hybrid role, based in London, offers an exciting opportunity to shape communications for key transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Communications Executive:

• Lead and manage the communications strategy for transformation programmes.
• Create engaging content across multiple formats aligned with the brand tone.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure consistent communication.
• Develop and implement a tailored communications plan based on impact assessments.
• Measure and iterate on communications effectiveness, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person engagement sessions.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in communications within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong content development skills, using innovative tools.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and programme sponsors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A background in media or rights management is a bonus!
